Basic Service
For my basic service, provide an onsite consultation to evaluate your process and procedures, and what information you currently have to assess what would be required for compliance for your upcoming audit.
With a basic service, I can work remotely with your onsite supervisor(s) or management to assist with guidance in developing or updating your policies and procedures for your upcoming audit, helping you to work with a Certification Body to ensure you are headed in the right direction for your certification needs for your commodity and sales requirement.
Intermediate Service
With the intermediate service, I provide an onsite consultation to evaluate your process and procedures, and what information you currently have to assess that would be required for compliance for your upcoming audit.
I work with your onsite supervisor(s), or management remotely to assist with guidance in developing or updating your policies and procedures for your upcoming audit.
I offer a return visit to perform an internal audit, and review of your completed policies and procedures, and necessary records. Then I guide you through the steps for corrective actions necessary for the success of your upcoming certification.
Once you have performed all necessary corrective actions, and completed policies and records, you will then be prepared for your upcoming audit
Advanced Service
For the advanced service, I provide an onsite consultation to evaluate your process and procedures. Additionally, regarding the information you currently have to assess that would be required for compliance with your upcoming audit. I work with the Certification Body to schedule your audit and auditors’ best fit for your commodity and sales requirements.
I work alongside your onsite supervisor(s), or management to gather information required and provide guidance. I develop customized policies and procedures that fit your production, NOT templates, for your upcoming audit. The completed process is delivered on a zip drive, as well as in a printed binder for your company to maintain.
I work with your team to provide the required training and work with subcontractors to provide the necessary information.
I return to perform an internal audit, review of completed policies and procedures, necessary records to ensure compliance, then onsite guidance through the steps for corrective actions necessary for the success of your upcoming certification.
Once we have worked together to have performed all necessary corrective actions, and completed policies and records you would then be prepared for your upcoming audit.
I will be present, onsite, with your supervisor or management for your audit. I will assist in performing all necessary corrective actions, if any, to ensure a very successful audit is performed.
I will communicate with the auditor and certification body until your certificate is received, and ensure that it is delivered timely to the requested parties.
My job connects the dots between compliance criteria and what it takes to get there. I deny the credit involved when a grower receives their certificate, and we did it as a team.
